  1. Viridian Public Violations Policy (VDViolP) has been introduced. This policy governs the enforcement of Viridian Public Policy.
  2. The third revision of VDPrivP introduces the following changes:
    1. 3.1 - state the use of necessary cookies
    2. add 3.3 to ensure awareness of violation data retention
    3. 6.1 - note the retention of violation data
    4. 6.1, 6.3 - note specific GDPR articles
    5. add 7 to specify the retention of violation data
