The Viridian Public Code of Conduct (VDCondC) regulates all interactions with and on Viridian public infrastructure, including VDPR. VDCondC is Viridian Public Policy enforced under [VDViolP](https://vdpr.org/VDPOL/Policies/src/branch/main/violations.md).
1. Viridian Public Resources (VDPR) is a public cloud service provided by the Viridian Administration, an internal administrative system. VDPR is used by the administration for any public-facing relations, including but not limited to the sharing of resources or coordination with third parties.
2. VDPR shall be used in line with this purpose only. Use of VDPR for other purposes is not tolerated. This rule weighs two penalty points.
3. Malicious acts or intentions are not tolerated. Any activity inhibiting the functionality of VDPR or unnecessarily stressing the digital infrastructure used to provide it is considered malicious. This rule weighs between two and five penalty points, depending on severity and visibility of deliberate malice.
4. Tickets may be opened for requests or questions. Spam is not tolerated. This rule weighs four penalty points.
1. Harassment, insults, personal attacks, discrimination, abusive or vulgar acts or content, gross misconduct, and other forms of disrespect are not tolerated. This rule weighs five penalty points.
